Exclusive villa with salt water pool and fantastic Mediterranean Sea view

We enjoyed a very nice time in this very comfortable house in Cerbère.Everything went very smoothly from A to Z. The owner was very quick to respond to any question before the stay. Once in Cerbère the contact person is very kind and helpful. Nothing to complain about.The view is a dream. It's the perfect place to spend some relaxing time away from busy daily schedules.

We were there in March/April, and it was a perfect location for us to relax. Traffic conditions were also very good in this season of the year. We enjoyed it very much.

This is a dream-like property and villa. The views are unparalleled. There are unobstructed views of the Meditterranean from upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, equipment, utensils etc. It is very quiet during the day and at night. At night, we could hear the the surf. The Granmontane is cooling and refreshing. It is safe area. It is possible to talk to the town core by foot - 600 meters. If you seek a retreat with breathtaking views, lots of room, a private salt water pool and much more, this is your oasis of comfort. We even went to Barcelona for the day. Bliss for 2 parents and an 11 year old child. Enjoy your stay.

Cerbere wird bestimmt einmal ein netter Ferienort. Zur Zeit besteht der Ort aus Bahnhof und Baustelle. Es wird die Promenade erneuert und soll mit Sand am Strand (bisher nur sehr grober Kies) aufgefüllt werden. Das dauert halt seine Zeit. Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. In der Straße herrschte absolute Ruhe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, im Haus ist alles nach neuestem Standard super eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen funktionierten super. Die Übergabe des Hauses mit Hrn. Bial klappte problemlos. Herr Mogensen (der Eigentümer) war jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Fazit: Wer Ruhe und keine Action sucht ist hier goldrichtig.

Très belle maison . Propre et très bien équipée. Très bonnes prestations pour 5 personnes . Le top la piscine au sel et non au chlore . Une vue magnifique depuis la partie à vivre .

L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la maison qui est très confortable, neuve, avec une literie d'excellente qualité, une très bonne isolation phonique (quartier très calme) mais il faut surtout être sur place pour profiter du panorama incroyable et de pouvoir surplomber la mer à chaque coup d'oeil. Les deux terrasses, la cuisine et le salon, et chacune des trois chambres a une vue sur la mer, c'est incroyable ! De plus, la maison est bien équipée (sauna, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, cafetière à filtre et cafetière nespresso etc...) et elle est décorée avec goût. Enfin, la communication avec les propriétaires ou avec Monsieur B. qui s'occupe de l'accueil est facile et agréable. La piscine est spectaculaire, mais nous devrons revenir pour en profiter car hors saison cela n'a pas été possible. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Nous sommes satisfait de notre choix, cela correspondait à ce que nous recherchions : cadre magnifique et maison sympathique à vivre.

Wir sind absolut begeistert vom tollen Haus und der hochwertigen Ausstattung. Ausserdem hat man einen atemberaubenden Meerblick und der Pool ist ebenso klasse. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Qualität der Betten, in denen wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Für uns waren es 2 wundervolle Urlaubswochen in Cerbere auch die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter war toll. Ebenso wurden wir von der Kontaktperson vor Ort herzlich empfangen nach unseren Vorstellungen betreut. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt und können somit das Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
