😊: The air conditioning downstairs The kitchen facilities The crockery, the cutlery and cups provided Have washing up liquid and kitchen clothes Washing machine to use Coffee machine Iron Hairdryer Hand wash Towels were provided Mop Fans Toilet roll Oven Hob. 😢: The shower didn't stay on the wall brackets and would fly off and wet the whole bathroom. The microwave didn't work There was only one washing up pod, more were needed to do more washing. The dustpan didn't have brush to brush the floor with. The mop didn't have extra cleaning cloths so I could change them. The skylight didn't open in one of the rooms so it stayed very hot. The upstairs portion became very warm and needed air-conditioning. The floor was dusty under the sofas The sofas had crumbs on them Upstairs became to warm.
