😊: Nothing. 😢: This is what enshittification of hospitality has become: They charge you extra for a "deposit" (more even than the stay), they refused still today to give it back even though we didn't use the apartment. Instructions on how to get in had a "code word" buried in a 5000 word email, they give you 3 phone numbers to call if you have trouble but they never answered it claiming we were calling "out of office hours". This is a joke, we refuse to refund us even though we had to go somewhere else to stay. Go to a hotel, at least you have people working there to ensure you receive what you paid for and they don't contribute to the housing crisis as they are regulated. I used Booking for many years now, in my next time I'm done with this bad service, I won't be using Booking.com again..

I love this house<br>#128578; Quiet neighbourhood. Modern, clean, well equipped apartment. Good location, 3 minutes walk to a Line B metro station, about 10 minutes walk to the river and perhaps 20 minutes walk to downtown. We didn't meet the owner, but communication with him was very clear and concise. We had very detailed instructions about the apartment, and a useful downloadable brochure with to-do-in-Toulouse suggestions.<br>#128577; Nothing to dislike.
