😊: The bathroom was okay. The bed comfy.. 😢: Arrived to a filthy apartment. Previous guest's dirty laundry still on the bedroom floor, red and brown stains on the duvet, hair on the bedding, stained toilet. Nothing had been cleaned. Took them hours to relocate me for the night. Next day they sent me back. Still not ready. Waited five more hours for cleaners who did a half job. Netflix is advertised but they have no subscription. No key or code for the building entrance, so you call them and wait outside every single time you come back. It's also very noisy. A resident across from the apartment screams day and night and knocks on your door. One morning she tried to grab me and followed me down the street. I had to run. They promised compensation multiple times. Never came. They say whatever sounds good and do nothing. Book anywhere else..

😊: Super great location across the street from Zenith Tram stop and a bus stop. Less than 10 minute walk to grocery store, cinema and restaurants. Apartment appears to have been recently upgraded and was very clean. Very nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Good communication with host.. 😢: Apartment is on 3rd floor with no lift..

😊: The bed is very comfortable.. 😢: Outside of the apartment there is some machine working 24 hours and generating constant noise..

😊: close to La Cartoucherie :-). 😢: noisy road below, but OK anyway.
