EZE BEACH Residence

We chose this property because parking was an important requirement, and this was clearly communicated when booking. On arrival, there was no parking available. What disappointed us most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability. Instead of apologising or trying to help, the staff blamed a welcome email sent while we were driving. The property was also noisy, cleanliness was below expectations, and after a power outage around midnight, the air conditioning never worked properly again. After speaking with several local restaurant owners, we were surprised by how poor the property’s local reputation appears to be. Unfortunately, that matched our experience. There are far better places to stay Hospitality is measured by how you handle problems, not by how you explain them away

Rooms looked great and very modern. Close to all the great places (Nice, Cannes, Eze, Monaco). Spacious and would definitely stay here again. View of the sea is right outside the building.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious!

The room was very clean - location was great and easy to find. There was a perfect connection to the centre of Monaco or Nice and the price was very reasonable.

Everything was perfect apart from the wifi being really bad, could barely use the tv

The rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit.
