F1 rez de chaussée au cœur de Pont-Saint Esprit

😊: Very spacious and well equipped apartment. The mobile aircon was definitely a bonus.. 😢: Unfortunately the apartment is located in a part of the town center that has seen better days. Locals partying and shouting the whole night playing loud music. And to top it off, some domestic disturbance on the street in the morning. So, not an ideal environment for travelers..

😊: Position in town, central.. 😢: Front door was very difficult to open..

😊: Lots of Character, tea and kettle and all facilities we needed, fan and air conditioning running when we arrived, washing machine and drying racks, ground floor location with entrance onto Main Street. The wifi was great, we used it for some video calls no problem. Close to Main Street for restaurants bakery and bars. 😢: Did seem a bit damp, not sure what more could be done the air conditioner was already running as a dehumidifier..

😊: The apartment was comfortable and well equipped.. 😢: The location is central but the town is extremely dirty with rubbish in the streets. On arrival there was a loud argument in the street outside the apartment, eventually police arrived. After that several people sat at street corner a few doors away and were very loud until about 10pm. We were pleased to leave there..
