😊: Spacious flat. 😢: I booked the apartment specifically for 3 persons, which - according to my understanding - should have been arranged and prepared with toilet towels and bed linen made available for 3 persons, and this without making special requests upon arrival , even if this arrival was late, as specified during the booking process. When we arrived, toilet towels and duvet with bed linen were missing for the third person. When calling the staff, no one answered my call..
