F3 - Séjour Paris + Disneyland - 37bd Segrais Lognes

😊: Nothing,. 😢: Very unclean, damp in all the rooms including the bathroom and living room. The door is extremely difficult to get into. We waited more than 30 mins for the host to help but he didn't turn up. After several attempts of contacting the host and booking.com we were left without appropriate accommodation. We were made to wait outside with 2 children under 2 years old and an elderly person over 70. Dirty oven and sink, looks like they haven't cleaned the apartment in months. There was also signs of damp and stains on the walls. Fridge had a bad smell and freezer had brown stains. Torn wallpaper, broken flooring and bath. Sink in the bathroom was also broken. The balcony was a real mess, lots of damp and very unclean. The chairs in the living room also looked extremely unclean and dirty. Lights do not work in the staircase and some of the lights are hanging off the ceiling with no security or protection. I would post all the pictures on here but the app doesn't allow more than 4 Not sure how this apartment is fit for purpose. Incredibly unhygienic and not worth the money or the 600 eur deposit. After raising the issue with the hair and booking.com we still have no resolution. The host does not reply..

😊: House was pleasant. Clean on arrival and the beds were clean with clean sheets and comfortable. There was free wifi at the place which was fast and worked consistently. Close to amenities, there is a LIDL/ALDI nearby aswell as a mcdonalds which was good. 😢: Was very hot with no AC (was not advertised as having AC so fair enough) and couldnt really open the windows for long because of bugs getting in and biting you. Couldnt manage to get the TV to work..

😊: My family and I were left with only good impressions from our kind hostess, she responds to all our questions. The apartment is very clean and spacious, everything met the specified conditions. Thank you very much for everything, we would love to visit you again on our next trip to Paris. . 😢: there is none.
