😊: The apartment is very clean and in a quiet area. It had all mod cons and was quite spacious with two comfortable bedrooms, nice living area and lovely kitchen and high counter. Very good apartment for small family or two couples. The AC was excellent, particularly in the recent hot and humid weather. It is within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend this apartment to families and couples. The owner was very helpful and responsive.. 😢: I only have minor points to make, which did not adversely effect our stay. The apartment's main window external shutter was not functioning correctly and although easy to manipulate lower, it was very difficult to raise back up. Needs mending for ease of use. The Parking situation of our rental car was not the best. The garage space allocated to the apartment is tiny and not really usable for modern cars. The temporary avilablity of a car space in the designated area was not always available, although we found street parking outside became available one night. Read the instructions carefully to find a retrieve the keys from the lock box, the box is located externally of the complex. The Lift worked from ground floor to the apartment floor, but it stopped on the floor above the GF on the way down, a minor inconvenience but needs attention..

😊: This is a beautiful place to stay in Nimes. The apartment is very spacious, will two separate bedrooms and a roomy living room in between. The interior of the apartment is well-thought through and designed in professional taste, so we really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort. The balcony is very cosy for a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped, everything is there for cooking, including salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar, and there is a big supermarket in just 10 minutes walk. A simple-to-use coffee machine with a substantial supply of coffee was very much appreciated. There's a good under-roof parking in the yard, which is a rare find in most locations, so it was a great plus. The host was very welcoming, always in touch, speaks English, which made our stay comfortable and well-organised.. 😢: The check-in procedure is more complicated than in all the other places we stayed at, which, as I was told, a common thing in France, so it takes time to figure out where is what, but once we examined the instructions carefully step by step, it went through quite smoothly..
