😊: Clean and neat with beautiful bathroom and large comfortable room. Good enough cooking facilities. Very quiet and good air conditioning. Large bed, but a bit soft.. 😢: Can’t cook and boil water at once, something to be aware of. Very narrow and uncomfortable staircase up to room on third floor. Not for people with big or heavy suitcases or anyone with physical limitations. Not sure how safe the parking on the street was..

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Das Studio ist ganz neu renoviert, geräumig, komfortabel und sehr sauber gehalten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral, aber ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man in ca 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Kann sein, dass auch ein Bus fährt. Besonders: Der Gastgeber betreibt einen Armenischen Spezialitätenladen. Unbedingt ausprobieren! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Perfect value for money.<br>#128578; Lots of space, everything new, good kitchen, good bed, good bath room, large window, quiet neighbourhood, no check in/out issues. Didn't hear anything from the other guests. Safe, quiet single-family housing suburb. Easy to park the car on the street at any time, directly in front of the house.<br>#128577; Nothing. The stairwell is narrow. The banister is a bit wobbly and it doesn't smell too good in the In the stairwell, due to the cheap carpet. But everything else is great. Would stay for a week.
