Family Apartment near Disneyland with AC, Garden & Parking

😊: Location was great for Disneyland Paris. The parking was a bonus and the beds were comfy. It did have one moveable air con unit.. 😢: Maintenance of the property needs looking at. The decking outside is very uneven and dangerous. The toilet didn’t flush, we did have someone to ‘fix’ it, but it only worked for 1 flush. The cleaning also could be better generally. Under the beds and in the storage unit was very dusty..

😊: The location is convenient and parking is available. 😢: It is advertised with airconditioning, however upon arrival we discovered that it was a mobile airco unit. So you need to put the hose out of the window while the heat comes in. There is only one and you can not cool 2 rooms at the same time. We were very disappointed by this, especially since it was a hot day and the apartment was very hot, you have separate fans in each room but this is not sufficient to cool down. Also the mobile airco unit is insufficient to cool down the apartment, at most, it provides a fresh breeze which is very shortlived. Very warm and uncomfortable to sleep especially with little children. Bathroom was dirty (hairs on the floor from previous visitors) and flooded after showering due to the drain not being properly cleaned. Toilet was uncomfortable. Have a good read at some more critical reviews, the information is correct..

😊: Great location, 15 mins walk to RER train station , and only one stop away from Disney. 40 mins train to Paris. The apartment was lovely and modern. Open plan living room, kitchen and dining.. 😢: The shower flooded out past the shower screen. The kettle leaks and was a hazard, we switched to boiling water in a pot. The fridge/freezer was also faulty, wasn't very cold and ice was melting in the freezer. Other than that we had a good stay for the 4 nights we were there..

😊: Located in a residential area but still quite noisy, from building works in the vicinity and gardeners using leaf blowers at 8am. 😢: we were not given a garage remote control, so could not enter the garage for parking. We arrived quite late (which I had communicated to the host) so kids were exhausted and all street parking was full. We eventually found a resident who was opening the garage (and was king enough to let us in), so we managed to enter with our car - but that meant we would not be able to leave. The flat description says AC but there is no air conditioning whatsoever - they said it was about to be installed (wonder how many times they've been telling that story...). We eventually got a garage remote control the next afternoon, which meant we weren't able to use our car during the second day of our stay. The listing title says AC, Garden and Parking and 2 out of 3 were not there! Hugely misleading listing....

😊: The apartment is super well decorated super elegant and relaxing. with a neutral decoration and well good vibes. Super safe I liked it very much, a garden super pleasant to be in and private . 14 minutes walk from RER A to Disney. A 7-minute drive to the shopping centre Private parking helps a lot because on the street you don't always catch a place to park. And the owner having allowed to bring our small dog was super.. 😢: It's not that I didn't like it , but more suggestions for improvement. There was no toaster in the house for breakfast. The living room table is a bit small for 6 people. Have more bowls because was only 4 and we are 6 people. And in my opinion we miss a coat hanger at the entrance of the house. But they are mere suggestions that the owner can take into account. I have nothing to point out, we really like the house..
