😊: Very convenient for walks along the port and beach. Perfectly positioned for a very short walk to free on street parking (charges only at weekend at this time of year but easier to just leave outside the zone). 😢: Two flights of stairs - only bothered when arriving and departing as brought a large case so would have brought 2 small but the view made up for it the rest of the time.
