Family-friendly charming house with garden, barbecue & terrace

The house was nice and clean inside. It had everything you need to make family dinners. Location was okay not in the greatest neighborhood, Only one toilet and it’s downstairs.The representative person for the house, Celine, was hostile disrespectful and rude when I informed her that I accidentally entered the place the day before I reserved it. Apparently, she didn’t understand that I got my dates mixed up by 1 day. She sent a reply via email accusing me of being disrespectful and I should inform her with my accidentally being there in advance.I paid for the extra day. No more Vrbo!!
