Family friendly house with private heated pool and panoramic views of the Gers.

Great property and perfect location of you’re looking for rest, great views, nice walks…Not to far from Mirande and Auch for groceries.We had the best time!

We stayed at the perfectly named Labeau in late July/early August and could not fault the property. It was spotlessly clean and we were met by the charming property manager. The house is extremely well equipped, with a huge variety of glasses, crockery and a fully kitted out kitchen with everything you could need. The views are outstanding and the pool is gorgeous. The covered seating area by the pool was lovely and where we spent much of our time, when not relaxing on the very comfortable sun loungers. Linda was a great host and was informative and responsive. There are several wonderful bakeries in Mirande, together with a lovely market and supermarkets in Mirande and Auch, both of which are very easy to access. The only slight downside with teenagers with a mobile data allowance is that there is no WiFi at the property. A really excellent stay, thank you.

You always read glowing reviews with a degree of scepticism, but this is a really great house maintained to a 5* level. The pictures are accurate but it is even better than it looks! We stayed for two weeks, had a wonderful time and would have no reservations about going back again. The downstairs living area is open plan with a kitchen that has every possible thing you could want. Two fridges, a microwave, full cooker & fan oven and a dishwasher make life easy. Outside there is a great seating area which has shade for much of the day next to a very large heated swimming pool which was a comfortable 84 degrees. We didn’t take little people but there’s loads of things to keep them occupied both in the pool and out if you do. The bedrooms were all of a good or large size with good bath/shower facilities, lashings of hot water. There’s lots to see and do in the area – the main town of Auch is 15-20 minutes away and has all the facilities you might need. The owner leaves a great book with details of things to do, places to eat etc. It’s a great base if you want to stay in Southern France. We visited Lourdes and Toulouse as well as a plethora of tourist sites, small villages and the odd café or two for a rose and a Monaco! Our only regret was booking two and not three weeks!

What a wonderful property. Spotlessly clean, spacious and lovely views. Definitely the biggest and best swimming pool we've ever had at a rental property! Stephane was always very helpful and even turned up in the middle of a storm to make sure we didn’t lose the garden furniture and pool cover to the wind! Cant recommend this property highly enough. If you are looking to relax in an authentic area away from the tourist traps, this is the place for you!

We expierenced a beautiful holiday at Labeau. At our arrival, the house was very clean and the wonderful garden was very well-maintained. The panoramic vieuws too almost every direction, the barn and well equiped house are highly recommended for anyone who likes a quiet environment. Chris en Nele, Belgium

This beautiful house in France ticked all the boxes. The house has everything you could ever need. The pool and views are stunning, and the bakery and supermarkets are only a 15 minute drive away. Stephane was fantastic, and we really appreciated his help in our hour of need. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family including grandparents and children aged 11, 5 and 3. The gite was perfect for us with plenty of space indoor and out. The pool is the best we’ve ever had, the saltwater system much nicer than chlorine and it had a well proportioned shallow end and stepped access for the kids. Stephane came 3x week to clean pool. The gite was well equipped and exceptionally clean on arrival. With plenty of bathrooms and good living space. We took a trip into the Pyrenees to the Funicular del Pic nr. Lourdes. Very nice. Took kids to nearby farm, Vallon des Reves - recommend for little ones. Also nice small park in Mirande. Also visited nearby markets in Mirande, Auch, Sessian and Bassoues (very pretty), all very good. We didn’t eat out (young kids!) but actually didn’t want to with the setting at Labeau, the outdoor patio was so tranquil with a stunning view. Also perfect for stargazers. We had good communication with Linda before our arrival who was accommodating to our requests and questions. First time we’ve stayed in this region of France and we fell in love with it.
