FAMILY HOME IN A CHARMING, AUTHENTIC VILLAGE

We were a family of 10 adults and our family dog, looking for a house with plenty of space. We were not disappointed! The house is lovely. The pictures don’t do it justice at all. There were two double rooms with en-suites. A further double. A double also with a double sofa bed in the last proper bedroom. The fifth “double” room had a curtain rather than a door which proved not to be an issue at all. We used the outside kitchen and the outdoor table was just big enough for a cosy 10 places. The pool was larger than anticipated from the photos. Plenty big enough for us. And there was always somewhere to be in the sun or shade as needed. The upstairs terrace was a favourite for the younger adults later in the day. There were only 3 sun loungers which we were worried would be an issue between 10 of us but we made it work Suggest another couple would be nice though! WiFi connection was adequate. Some of us needed to work while there and were able to do so. The village itself was very quiet and people very friendly. The caretaker was available via phone to answer questions. She was lovely! Would definitely recommend this for a group who want to be together but with ability to have your own space. As the terrace garden is enclosed it was perfect for our dog as we didn’t have to keep a constant eye on him. He had free roam.
