Maison parfaite pour notre sejour. Nous etions 3 couples d'amis avec enfants. Maison idealement située, terrain totalement clos. Cusine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Rien à redire. Mireille qui npus a accueillis a ete très agréable. Nous recommandons !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Location au top, beaucoup d' espace, propre, bonne communication avec Mireille qui nous a accueilli. Tout était parfait!!!!! Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Une belle maison où on s'est senti comme chez nous. Chambres spacieuses, pièces de vie très fonctionnelles, cuisine super bien équipée (beaucoup de vaisselles et à 12 c'est important !) avec accès direct à la terrasse. Terrain clos très apprécié par les enfants. Cour spacieuse pour garer les véhicules. Propriétaire et concierge très sympas et à l'écoute. Plage un peu loin pour y aller à pied mais à 5 minutes en voiture. Très belle région à découvrir.

Maison très spacieuse et bien pensée. On ne se marche pas dessus. Parfait pour des vacances avec amis et enfants ! Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents !

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this property in early August (2017). The house is located between Erquy and the surrounding beaches on the northern end of the peninsula. In terms of distances, the closest beaches in one direction and the town of Erquy in the other direction are about 30 min walk. Mostly we drove to the beach due to the inevitable bag loads of beach and swimming games and paraphernalia. There was ample (and free) parking for the beaches, even the beach directly in Erquy. The house itself had apparently been renovated the previous year, and certainly the rooms, fixtures and fittings were with only minor signs of wear and tear. The house was well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner (useful for removing sand that the kids dragged in), amongst other things. The kitchen was equally well fitted, with everything needed for cooking and entertaining 12 people. The availability of a barbecue was a nice addition. The bedrooms were comfortable, and it was certainly a bonus to have en suite showers/sinks in two of the rooms, plus two separate toilets and an additional bathroom (for the bedroom on the ground floor). The only negative thing to report about the house is that because of the style of build the rooms were not very well sound-proofed, so as soon as one our kids was awake in the morning, the whole household followed soon after. Related to that, on days when the weather was not so inviting, the house could get rather chilly in the evening, although radiators are in place it got too cold (we never used them though). Our interactions with the landlord/owner (via correspondences, but never in person) were all positive. They were quick to answer our questions and very accommodating (even organising a high-chair and travel cot for our toddler). We had no problems with receiving a refund on the security deposit, which was reimbursed immediately upon vacating the property. On the whole, this house can be highly recommended. The location is great, the town of Erquy is very quaint, and surrounding coastline is breathtaking, with beautiful beaches that are ideal for families. We can highly recommend this property.
