Family-oriented pleasant house with terrace

😊: Very quiet location. Handy parking just outside the house. Lovely private courtyard with chairs & a table. Plenty of space inside & a cosy bright feel. Very comfortable lounge area. Well-equipped kitchen. 2 comfortable double beds. Hanging space on landing. Handy supermarket& pharmacy just down the road.. 😢: No toilet upstairs only the tiny loo off the kitchen-diner area. The stairs are steep & slippery with no bannister/handrail on the steepest section. I slipped & really hurt my back. Unnecessarily cluttered with space consuming knicknacks. Shelves, mirrors & hooks in bedrooms would help. We notified the agent we’d be arriving between 5-6pm. We turned up at 5pm & had to wait until 6.15pm for the agent who added no value. Had we been given the keys age we could easily have let ourselves in. A handbook would help eg local amenities, how to operate washing machine etc..
