😊: Great location, super air conditioning (a life saver in the heatwave). Owners and staff answered immediately.. 😢: Outside bell does not correspond to apartment. Only one key, so had to rely on mobile phone to contact my husband inside the apartment..

😊: Had everything we needed. Perfect for an overnight stay or longer as a base to explore the region. Check in and checkout were great. The host was very communicative and helpful. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Excellent location, only a few minutes from the amphitheater and the old town. Very quiet and secure place. Great secure parking underground the building with easy access from the ground floor where the apartment is. Good facilities, excellent air conditioning quiet and efficient. Huge TV with all the cable entertainment choices and international channels you may want. Washing machine and detergent pods. Nice little kitchen with a few good supplies. Very good bed, just the pillows a bit soft and flimsy for our liking, no neck support, but this seems to be a general issue in France accommodations. Exceptional host. Thierry is great, very friendly and easy to communicate with, promptly present at check in and check out, he gave us all the details and info about the apartment and the town highlights. Thank you Thierry.. 😢: Maybe a bit more detail cleaning of the kitchen bits and pieces and bathroom..

😊: Thierre was so helpful from the moment we arrived and met us and showed us to the car park. Helped with our bags and did the same on check out. Showed us a map and places to visit. Room was very clean and had all we needed for the night and good location to see Nimes. Thanks for a great stay. 😢: Nothing.
