FEEL HOME - SAFRANETTE

😊: The view is amazing and the residency is clean and secure, we enjoyed the pool 👍. 😢: The apartment wasn’t clean ,no effort at all in cleaning or preparing , couch dirty with few stains on it, bedsheets not clean at all , very dusty !! And the biggest problem was the AIR CONDITIONER , when we arrived the temperature was 32 degrees inside!!! We put the air conditioner on and it went down 0,5 degrees each hour!! it took the AC three daysss to arrive to a normal temperature, it was horrible sooo hot inside, we had a baby of 1 years old and we contacted the host , he said i will call you back and he never did, he didn’t care at all! if you have a problem or need any information you need to know that no host will be there to help you !! Be careful, after all of this we googled the name of the agency and we discovered the bad reviews 😟 we think that the most of these comments are not even real , apartment toooo expensive for what it is , we regret choosing this facility..
