Ferienwohnung Ecrin des Neiges (Val Claret)

Logement spacieux et agréable. L’équipement en ustensiles de cuisine un peu juste pour 6 personnes: casseroles, saladiers.

Spacious, comfy beds, good location, warm, quiet. Inadequate cooking facilities. Oven/microwave does not work. We contacted Interhome repeatedly over 5 days. Their initial response was not helpful and then they stopped responding completely. Essentially not a self catering appartment as it stands and not acceptable service/support.

Die Wohnung ist ok. Die Küchenausstattung ist enttäuschend. Z. B. nur 5 Weingläser (obwohl die Wohnung angeblich für bis zu 10 Personen geeignet ist). Es gibt weder ein Fondue, noch ein Racelette. Die betten sind gut, wobei die Wohnung realistischer Weise nur für 6 Personen geeignet ist. Die Toilettenspülung in einer Toilette hakt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für den gebotenen Standard etwas zu teuer. Außerdem ist ein Parkplatz selbst für 6 Personen einfach zu wenig!

There is also a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. The balcony looks out to the front of the building to the slopes. There is a bus stop directly outside the building and the buses run regularly throughout the day to take you to different parts of the resort. There are two double sofa beds in the lounge and two armchairs, so a decent...<br>#128577; We have stayed in Ecrin des Neiges several times over a number of years and the apartments are beginning to show their age and there no longer appears to be a reception working for the building - not an issue for us because we collected our keys from Interhome, but the reception did used to sell coffee pods for the coffee machines in the apartment. We were disappointed to find on arrival in the apartment that all the dirty laundry from the previous guests had been left in a bag in the bath. ...

There are two double sofa beds in the lounge and two armchairs, so a decent amount of seating. The beds are comfortable. There is a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave/oven.. 😢: We have stayed in Ecrin des Neiges several times over a number of years and the apartments are beginning to show their age and there no longer appears to be a reception working for the building - not an issue for us because we collected our keys from Interhome, but the reception did used to sell coffee pods for the coffee machines in the apartment. This we moved to the corridor outside our apartment and it was taken away on the Tuesday after our Saturday arrival. We arrived on Easter Saturday and on the Sunday reported to Interhome that the dishwasher wasn't working. We were told someone would come to look at this - no-one did. We also found that the fridge wasn't working efficiently and for some of the week it was colder to put goods in bags of snow on the balcony. We probably should have gone back to the Interhome office to remind staff that we were still waiting for a visit to fix things but the opening times didn't really coincide with times that worked for us. That said, the apartment worked well for our party of three generations and, in expectation that things that need mending would be fixed, none of the negatives would prevent us from booking this apartment again..

Bon accueil à l’arrivée et au départ avec les agents InterHome. Logement très bien situé ! Avec un casier au sous sol pour ranger le matériel de ski, très pratique. Très confortable pour 6/8 personnes et confortable pour 10 personnes avec un peu d’organisation. Bémol : Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver plusieurs tasses, bols, assiettes très sales dans les placards d’ailleurs les casseroles ne sont pas trop adaptées pour faire à manger pour 10 (ex : cuisson des pâtes en 3 fois)

Le contrat n’était pas respecté le ménage final non fait on l’a fait nous même ,les lits pas faits, et on attend toujours le remboursement de cette prestation ..mauvaise communication entre les services.et l’accueil aux arrivées est à revoir car trop de monde en même temps ,le personnel est débordé donc pas à l’écoute..
