If you know what to expect this very small appartment is okay for a week. It indeed contains 4 beds, 2 in the living room (sofa to enlarge), 2 in the corridor for folding down in the evening. Recommend to bring your own bedding & bed linen. Staying with 2 persons is okay, more than 2 represents a challenge as there isn´t sufficient space to open/store any travel bag or suitcase. The heating is done with one (very slow) electric heating only. Hence there is not a single place to dry anything. No problem in times of good weather, but a challenge if it´s snowing/raining and clothes might be wet. The bathroom does not contain any hooks for hanging towels, again somehow manageable for 2 guests. Bring your hair dryer with you. Kitchen equipment is sufficient. The house comprises a narrow room on the ground floor for storing the skis in a locked box. You have to take your ski booths into the apartment and the only chance to store them is in the shower. The overall equipment & furniture looks a bit worn down. We have been in the same house in a different apartment 20 years ago and it still looked pretty much the same. Many things could easily be improved for generating more comfort with little invest. The location, however, is super close to lifts and gondola (more or less ski in/out). The view from the balcony is also great. Supermarket and a take-away pizza shop is 2mins away.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique mais location vieillissante et dans un sale état, les matelas sont inconfortable, il y a aussi de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, au dessus des toilettes et sur les carreaux de la douche, les toilettes était aussi sale à mon arrivée…Cependant emplacement parfait pour aller skier mais je ne recommanderais pas ce logement avant qu’il n’est eu des petites rénovations. Et il ne conviendrait qu’à 1 personne jamais un groupe de 4.

The location is absolutely perfect for a skier - literal ski-in/ski-out with fantastic slopes right at your door and easy on-skis access to the whole Val d'Isere-Tignes ski area. But. Truly fantastic as the location is, the apartment itself is shamelessly false advertised. 1 bedroom ??!! Sleeps 4 ??!!! There is NO bedroom and only 3 beds for ONE person each and there's barely enough space for civilized accommodation of ONE person ONLY, period.

This property is advertised as "sleeps 4", which is a lie. For one - there are only 3 beds, EACH of which only sleeps one and only one person. For two - 2 of these beds are in the... heck, I've no idea how to call this, since it is NOT a bedroom, barely a corridor from the entrance door to the handkerchief-sized living/dining room. If one person moves around, the other(s) have to move to provide space for the movement. This would be rough enough for a SINGLE person and is IMPOSSIBLE for 4 people (unless they are used to living in a russian prison cell).
