We have just returned from a great stay, this Gite has everything you need and more with plenty of space for a family to spread out inside and out. The Gite is a tastefully converted stable block with plenty of charm and character as well as history from both WW1 WW1, this is by far the best property we have stayed in during our annual visits to France and we will certainly be returning in the future Daphne and Tom are excellent host’s and are there if needed, but equally leave you to your own devices in the Gite and outdoor lawned courtyard. The location is very quiet and there is a constant stream of song birds visiting the bird feeder, if you are lucky you will even see a woodpecker. We had never stayed in this part of France before and were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location a couple of miles from the motorway, the Somme and medieval battlefield’s are in easy reach as well as the Cote de Opal beaches and seaside towns. There is an excellent bar/restaurant in the village for Evening meals as well as plenty of other eating choices in the area, excellent walk’s from the property

Beautiful characterful, spacious and well equipped house in a perfect location. We had a great time, the house was clean and the garden was lovely. We enjoyed lunch on the sunny patio, and visited lots of pretty towns and villages nearby. The owner, Daphne, was there if we needed her, but left us to our own devices. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our holidays at this beautiful place. The house has a special „flair“ and enough space for 4 adults and 4 children. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The big garden was our favorite place to stay. Playing badminton, relaxing, barbecue, watching bats and the hunting owl :-). The beach is only 30 minutes away. The owners Daphne and Tom are really nice and helpful. Thank you for the great time.
