😊: Location is awesome there is a lot of things to do in the area like zoo, beach, parks, visiting hypermarket Carrefour, restaurants, and lot more right out the front door is a beautiful play area for children Host is very friendly had to call for directions once and was very helpful and kind baby bed on request was nicely there Thanks. 😢: The bed was a bit soft for my liking but that's just personal preference, The carpet under the coffee table is bit old and dirty looking, not convenient when you got a baby crawling around as well the step from the kitchen to the living room just mind your toes.

😊: ... 😢: I arrived at the property, which i paid in advance, and rang the owner on the number provided so he could tell me where the keys for the property were, as instructed in the email. He answered the phone and told me I had the wrong number. I rang a second time, and a woman answered, stating that it was the wrong number. Bear in mind, this is the same number displayed on booking.com. I rang again and again, explaining who I was, and they kept on saying I had the wrong number. I then contacted booking.com customer service and asked them to look into it. I was told I would receive a call back in 45 minutes, which really annoyed me, having already spent 2 hours outside the property in a foreign country where I don't know anyone. I sat outside and waited for almost an hour and then received a phone call from the owner, using the exact phone number that I had rung numerous times. He was not apologetic whatsoever. All he said was, "I've sent you the code in your mailbox." This whole experience was very unprofessional and gives booking.com a bad name..

😢: I had to cancel/ change the dates, host never responded..

😢: The air was damp with a background smell of mould. Particularly in the hallway..
