😢: This apartment is located in an unsafe neighborhood. When I just moved in,there was a large-scale riot. It seemed to be related to a football match, but the crowd became extremely agitated—people were even setting cars on fire along the street. Flames and thick foul-smelling smoke rose all the way up to the fourth-floor apartment. Even with all the windows tightly shut, the terrible smell still got inside. It wasn’t until a large number of police arrived and even used tear gas that the crowd was gradually dispersed. The noise from the shouting crowd and the sirens of police cars continued until around 3 a.m. And it went on for an entire week. There are also drug-related issues in this area. Even during the daytime, you may encounter small groups of idle young people hanging around on the streets. Their expressions are unsettling—you can easily tell they are drug users—and they stare at you in a very provocative way. At night, it’s even worse. The alleys and parks here feel unsafe; only the main roads are somewhat walkable. I have friends in Toulouse, and when they heard where I was staying, they immediately said that it’s not a place where women should go at night. very dangerous. The area is also quite dirty. Twice a week, a large market right next to the building. It is crowded and messy, and once it ends, piles of trash are left everywhere. It honestly made me feel like I was in a poor developing country. The location is also very close to the airport, with planes flying overhead every few minutes. The noise is extremely disturbing. On top of that, even at 4 a.m., there are still young people riding motorcycles with modified exhausts roaring down the streets. Also, the landlady is not honest. When we moved in, she suddenly demanded an additional €1200 deposit and a house insurance which are unreasonable and illegal. Only after we contacted Booking.com customer service and they intervened,she eventually backed down and dropped the request..

😊: Very well situated for Metro to Cental Toulouse 1 minute walk to Bagatelle Station, 10 mins ride to Esquirol Station. Very helpful lady host.. 😢: Maybe a little too much furniture in the apartment. Less is more..
