For rent: house with heated pool – 4 to 5 people – Near La Rochelle

Superbe location dans un petit village très calme. Un accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire. Rapport qualité prix au top. La piscine fabuleuse. Une gentille attention nous attendais à notre arrivée! Emplacement parfait pour de belles excursions alentours. Nous avons passé des vacances fabuleuses!!!

Location très agréable. L atout majeur est sa piscine et sa terrasse. Propriétaire très accueillant. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Haus, Garten und Pool sind modern, stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Man befindet sich mitten im Dorf, aber es ist trotzdem absolut ruhig. Wir sind von dort aus oft an den Strand von Châtelaillon-Plage gefahren. Ein sehr schöner Ort und Strand. Zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Vielen Dank lieber Frédéric! Für das nächste Jahr haben wir schon gebucht :-)

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe , maison très agréable, piscine au top et le jardin magnifique et bien entretenu. Propriétaire très sympa. Nous reviendrons.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Der größte Pluspunkt ist der Pool, den vor allem unser Sohn sehr genossen hat. Durch die Lage in einem kleinen Dorf ist ein Auto erforderlich, wenn man auch etwas in der Umgebung sehen möchte. In laufnähe befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein ganz kleiner Supermarkt, um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen. In 5km gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und mit dem allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Leider wird es oben unter dem Dach trotz Klimaanlage sehr heiß, so dass mein Sohn nach unten ausweichen musste (Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa vorhanden). Uns hat der Aufenthalt und der nette Kontakt zu dem Vermieter sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

This house is a great base for exploring the area. We did have a couple of minor issues but Frederic sorted these out. Thanks for the stay!

Excellent, spacious accommodation and facilities set in a typical, small, French town (St. Jean de Liversay). Everything you need for a nice family holiday is here (clean, tidy,well-maintained) and all exactly as described. The owner and his local aid were most helpful and the people in this region of France are very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in returnng to this property. My only reservation is that I would have preferred if it was slightly closer to the coast.
