Forget your worries in this spacious, serene, fully air-conditioned villa.

Spent a week here with my family in mid July and wanted to stay for another week ! Modern, clean, private and secure. The pool and outside areas are perfect, I highly recommend the property and definitely book to return.. Set in a quiet residential area less than 10 mins drive from St Cyprien beach.. there are choices of supermarkets all close by .. the perfect holiday home ! Carmen the host was friendly and welcoming.

Nous souhaitons remercier une nouvelle fois M et Mme Toledano pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La maison colle parfaitement à la description, nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Elle est très belle, la décoration est de très bon goût, elle est très bien agencée, fonctionnelle et confortable, il ne manque rien. La piscine est géniale, ni trop grande ni trop petite et elle est chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner sans compter. Je conseille cette location pour tout public même avec des enfants en bas âge car la piscine est très bien sécurisée. Nous espérons y retourner !

Accueil top des propriétaires adorables. Très belle maison avec tout le confort. Lits confortables. Cuisine très bien équipée. beau jardin, grande piscine chauffée. Vacances de rêve.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à la propriétaire très accueillante et aimable. Pour ma part je me suis senti comme à la maison, les enfants ont bien aimé. Je recommande vivement à toutes celles qui veulent visiter Alénya et ses environs.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa très propre et très fonctionnelle. La piscine chauffée et clôturée est un véritable plus. Située au calme et à 10 minutes de tout. L’accueil chaleureux avec des fruits et une bouteille de rosé fût apprécié. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, un accueil de mme toledano incroyable, une maison de rêve, très propre et super équipée ( électroménager , mobilier au top et tout ce qu il faut pour un bebe: chaise haute et lit...) avec une superbe piscine!!!! La maison est à 20min de la jonquera, 5min d argeles et 10min de collioure: le paradis!!! Un grand merci à mme toledano! Nous reviendrons c est sur!!!!

What a great find! This comfortable, modern, easy-care villa was all we hoped for, and more! The owner, Carmen, was very helpful (the WiFi decided not to work just as we arrived & she did everything she could to ensure it was sorted out as soon as possible!). There were fans provided for the lounge and the bedrooms - which made sleeping much easier! The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of cupboard space in the rooms. There are two bathrooms: an "en suite" and a main bathroom - neither of which has a WC: the single WC is centrally situated in the main hallway. The décor is stylish and unfussy. You step outside from the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area onto the shaded patio with in-built barbecue, which is fantastic for al-fresco dining. The kitchen hob uses bottled gas - we weren't aware we had to turn this on at the bottle in the cupboard first - and is lit using matches. Once this was established, we had no problems with cooking. The garden, which is on three sides of the house, has lawn to the side & back of the house, plus a small patio area at the back, with the main bedroom French Windows opening onto this. Beautiful high Oleander bushes in full flower formed a fragrant hedge around the property, with a fragrant creeping white jasmine climbing up the side of the barbecue chimney at the front of the house. The Pool was excellent: quite warm, so not too much of a shock to the system first thing in the morning; it is surrounded by fencing with a child-proof gate with no access to children unless allowed by an adult. The quiet ambience of the house & garden are enhanced by views of the Pyrenees from the patio. The house is situated on a newish development on the outskirts of Alénya: which could be a little confusing. A map of the village from the Tabac (a few minutes walk away - which is also a "Dépôt de Pain" for your breakfast Baguette) allowed us to find our way easily to the centre and out to the beaches etc. The village centre is an 8-10 minute walk, with a wonderful Bistro (Tapas Bar), a Pizza Bar and a takeaway Pizzeria, as well as a Wine Bar (Cave) which has wine-tastings every Sunday morning throughout the summer. There is a bakery opposite the Town Hall (and others elsewhere further on in the village towards Canet) as well as a very useful Spar Shop which opens on a Sunday evening from 17:30- 21:00 for those last-minute forgotten essentials. There is also an ATM at the Post Office next door. We'd love a return visit!

Arrived to beautiful weather and received an equally warm welcome from the owner before enjoying an afternoon by the pool. Everything was as described in the property details and did not disappoint. Carmen made it easy for us as we did not know exactly when we would arrive. We phoned 30 minutes before we arrived and we found her waiting for us. Excellent if you are travelling by car. The property is located close to Perpignan where you can enjoy lunch in the sunshine or a pleasant evening meal. The shops can be expensive but interesting if that is your thing. We enjoyed walks along the beaches and wetlands towards the sea and trips to Ceret and the hills. The views are stunning with Canigou magnificent in the sun with snow on its peaks. There is plenty of room for a good sized car In the drive which is helpful if it rains which it did while we were there. If you enjoy an outdoor life this location is brilliant and the weather will not slow you down. The towns of Canet and St. Cyprien are worth a visit and the latter has great resturants over looking the marina. We will be back in the Autumn if the property is available.
