Former sheepfold renovated with beautiful view of the Pyrenees ideal for the family

A very nice property. Very well equipped and very comfy. In a quiet location on the edge of the village. Nicely located for shops etc and for walks in the mountains. Would recommend.

Modern, clean accommodation in old sheepfold. Lovely rural location ideal if you have a car (which we did). Spacious with a great kitchen for self catering. Owner was easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Would return again.

Bergerie tres bien équipée et confortable. Lieu magique au pied des Pyrénées a 600 m d'altitude. Nous avons apprécié la cheminée pour une petite flambée vu le temps de cette semaine. Proche de lourdes et Bagnères de bigorre. Ideal pour faire du vélo. Proprietaires tres sympathiques... On recommande. 👍😍

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison est très confortable et décorée a avec goût, la vue est magnifique et reposante. L'emplacement est parfait pour aller faire des randonnées dans les Pyrénées. Nous espérons revenir.

Lovely place, very well equipped, comfortable, rural, beautiful views. Fantastic outdoor kitchen. Communication with the owner was very good, they left us some lovely treats at the beginning of our stay. He knew a lot about the area and was quick to recommend activities. Take note that towels and linens are extras.

Gîte de très bonne qualité : confort, équipement... Situé au calme, en pleine nature, idéal pour du repos et de jolies balades à faire autour. Je recommande vivement cette location!

This property was nearly perfect for us - the only improvement would be for dogs to be allowed! The cottage was immaculate, and well supplied for cooking and eating. Theirry - the owner - gave us excellent advice on where to go and what to do, and was the other end of the phone if we had needed help. We really enjoyed the covered, outside barbeque area and grassy lawn where we lay on sun beds after hard days' walking in the Pyrenees. Just a word of advice if you to to this area to walk - try to get info on walks etc before you get to Astugue. We found it impossible to buy anything in English about walks in the Pyrenees or around the area - not a major problem but worth knowing. Despite this, we had a wonderful time at Astugue and hope to go back - there are so many things in the area that we didn't have time to do it all!

This house is so beautifully designed and decorated. We were all so pleased to stay here. We were not far from many wonderful sites and the views from the house are peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. It was super clean and all was ready when we arrived. We appreciated the welcome cake that was on the table and Thierry was very helpful and kind to give us suggestions of places to visit. The book of ideas was also appreciated. Thanks so much for making our group of 4 generations feel so welcome and for all the memories.
