😢: We had either no heating or restricted heating throughout our stay (4 nights) at a cold time in November. The lack of heating was reported to the management immediately. Day after day all we received were apologies and excuses. The problem was not rectified throughout. In addition 2 of the showers were dirty/grubby. We certainly would NOT stay there again!.
