Shocked by the state of the building and the appartment, it is clear that no investments have been made for a very very long time. Entrance dirty, wooden railing rotting. Kitchen and bath terrible. Some cheap new furnishings cannot disguise the extremely bad condition of the appartment. Wrong place of air conditioning.The terrace, facing the ocean, in hot temperatures not usable (late afternoon) because there is no shading available. Iron railings are rusting, plant pots bursting.Oversell, luxurious is a strong word for what the reality shows.

The terrace and the view are incredible! We spent most of our time outside relaxing and enjoying our stay. The breeze off the water kept us cool. The only time it got a bit hot was for a couple of hours in the evening when the sun was setting. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare food and the bathroom also had plenty of room to store toiletries, which was nice to be able to put supplies away and not keep them in a suitcase.

Waking up every morning to have breakfast on the terrace was the best part of my day. The views are expensive and relaxing. The interior was just ok, but you'll be at the beach, which is five minutes away walking, most of the day. You'll also be visited by an orange cat. Enjoy your time there!!

It wasnt all that clear to us which dwelling we were to go to. A door # would have been nice. But when we walked in our jaws dropped. It wasnt the luxe, but it was heavenly. We were there for only 2 nights, but this unit and this area needs more time. 5 nights would have been great. The bed was very comfortable. Our grandson slepy very happily on the porch. We all benefitted from the sound of the surf. There is so much to do around this area. We have to return. We really appreciared our host's coming to visit and see how we were doing.

2 nights seaside. Very pleasant. Wonderful deck. Very responsive host.

The best part of the place is the view. If you go to this place don’t forget to take your own towels and bedding’s otherwise they will charge you extra. Unless you have your own car, the best way to go to the place is by Uber, forget public transport

We had a wonderful two week stay at the very end of the holiday season. The nearby beaches were easily accessible and uncrowded. It was very easy and worthwhile to visit Marseilles, Aix en Provence, and the fabulous hard to find dinosaur park near Martigues. The fixtures and fittings are a bit tired and the wifi coverage at times limited. Our stay would have been improved had the owner proved more available to welcome us and explain nearby attractions. All this offset by the fabulous view and morning after morning seeing the deep blue sky and Mediterranean.

Very nice clean safe place to stay with a view of the water from every room and a large terrace. One can listen to the waves at night and is just a few steps to swim.We loved it so much we are returning next year for two weeks!
