Full Beautiful House - 20 mins from Paris & DisneyLand - Noisy

😊: Property is amazing. Well located and great for the money.. 😢: Only warning is that it’s in a busy street, and when it’s hot and windows need to stay open, it can be really noisy. If you are noise sensitive, bring your earplugs 😉👍.

😊: The location is good between Paris and Disneyland (but only if you are by car, the train station is far). The house is quite big and rather cosy. Big bathrooms and large living room. The waste is very easily organised. Kitchen has a lot of stuff. The beds were quite comfortable and two pillows per person. We were rather ok... but definitely check the negative points.. 😢: 1. Very COLD house. Downstairs in the living room and on the thirst floor was 16 degrees. The isolation is very bad. Three bedrooms were acceptable but fresh. 2. Very NOISY. The location is not in the calm area. It stands on the large crossroad with traffic lights. All night long there is an incredible amount of noise from the cars and ambulances... if you are a light sleeper, it is not for you. 3. There were ANTS in the kitchen. A lot of them coming from the floors. 4. There is a water and electricity problem. Twice we had electricity completely off. The water in the shower goes away very slowly and if somebody takes water, you will get a cold shower. Also the toilet seat upstairs was coming off all the time. 5. In general the house is not perfectly clean. There are mushrooms in the showers, spider webs. The cupboards in the kitchen and fridge were dirty and the cutlery wasn't clean either..
