Magnifique Nous avons adoré cette maison troglodyte et si confortable, avons fort apprécié sa propreté et son côté chaleureux. Fait marquant, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Merci aux sympathiques propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs conseils de balades!

Chinon troglodyte stay Lovely house, well equipped and very clean. Owner Jacky was most welcoming and helpful. The hire is situated a good 20 minute walk downhill from the town which has an interesting market on a Thursday, a beautiful chateau and some fantastic restaurants. The cycle paths in the area are great, well signposted and enabled us to explore lots of the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

An exceptional place The house built in the rocks is extremely charming and pleasant (not least because it remains cool on a hot summer's day). Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and clearly put a lot of thought and care into the property. We found everything clean, well equipped and decorated with taste. The area is very quiet and green, and walking to the town centre was straightforward (the town was also running a free bus service during the holidays, and there was a stop close to the house - very convenient). This part of France is very rich, so many things to do; and in our week's holiday we'd only skimmed the surface. Our intention is very much to come back to the area and rent the same property.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft Großzügige Gite mit sehr schöner Ausstattung und guter Lage, Chinon ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Besitzer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas Verkehrslärm werktags.

Séjour exceptionnel Malgré l'absence de soleil nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Le gîte est exceptionnel: belle rénovation et décoré avec goût. Il est également idéalement situé pour découvrir Chinon et les vignes à pied, ainsi que tous les sites remarquables aux alentours (souvent à moins d'une demi-heure en voiture).
