😊: Karim was in contact with us on the day to make sure we found the property OK. He took his time with us to explain how everything in the apartment worked but also providing great recommendations for things to do, both in Nice and along the coast (and talking through logistics of getting around too). He provided all that we'd need in the apartment, including basics for cooking, milk/juice/coffee and some bottles of wine and water. There were even things in the flat that we hadn't counted on, like a parasol for the beach and ironing board/drying rack for clothes. We saw some other reviews saying that the apartment was noisy, but it wasn't at all during our stay. Our daughter was sleeping in the sitting room which is near the front door and had no problems. The flat is really centrally located to the old town, right beside the cathedral. There are lots of great restaurants, ice cream, shops etc literally on the doorstep and the beach is ~5min walk away (as is the market). Even though this is an old apartment, its been refinished to a wonderful standard with air conditioning, dish washer, great washing machine. The showers had lots of hot water and great water pressure. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend to anyone going to Nice for a stay. Though just to say that it's on the 2nd floor with stairs, if you had mobility problems (but was completely fine for us). 😢: Nothing — the apartment was just what we needed and we felt looked after throughout. Karim answered any questions really quickly too, so we knew if we needed more info we'd be looked after..

😊: Everything is really perfect. Old town. Location is amazing. Very atmospheric and authentic. Sleeping both on the bed and on the sofa is very comfortable. And of course the host - super attentive. Please follow all his recommendations- they are really must!. 😢: Stairs for those who have kids and heavy staff..

😊: We love the modern and comfortable furnishings. In the Old Town yet it’s not noisy and we felt secure. So close to The Prom. The apartment is spacious and everything works. KARIM , our host is kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the tips. Communication with host was excellent. Will stay there again if we’re in Nice. Location was excellent. No elevator but it’s ok . We managed .. 😢: Nothing.
