😢: The place has no AC, and is guaranteed to warm up during warm days. Sleeping is really difficult, and if you open the bedroom window to sleep at night you'll be woken up by the burning smells of the dry cleaning shop downstairs, whose chimney is just below the bedroom window and releases white fumes that smell like something is burning..

😊: Lovely central place and Bike storage out the back in the courtyard. Didn’t have air-conditioning but they had two lovely fans that did the job. Management very easy to contact..
