😢: Very disappointing stay — the advertised air conditioning was not available Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. We booked this apartment mainly because air conditioning was listed as a facility, which was very important because we were travelling with children during extremely hot weather (35–40°C). However, after arrival, the air conditioning could not be switched on and the apartment became unbearably hot. We contacted the host and requested help to resolve the issue, but the problem was not fixed during our stay. As a result, none of us could sleep properly, and my children suffered a lot during the nights. The lack of sleep affected our whole trip and turned what should have been a pleasant holiday into a very stressful experience. Opening the windows was not a real solution because we were then troubled by many mosquitoes. There were also other basic issues: No tissues/toilet paper were provided in the bathroom. For a five-day stay for five people, only four towels were provided. We contacted Booking.com, and although a report was made, we did not receive the promised facility or a practical solution during our stay. Overall, the biggest problem was that an important advertised facility was not available, especially during extreme heat. I would not recommend this apartment, particularly for families with children or anyone visiting in summer..

😊: The location was great! The place is super cute and comfortable. Really enjoyed the double bed mattress, it was really nice to have a garden! Very clean & the host was good with communication.. 😢: The security deposit is a bit of a pain as it was a large amount of money and a little difficult to set up, so a bit stressful & anxious about getting it back but the host Sarah has been very reassuring about this and had great communication throughout..
