Very nice place and hosts. The 60's decoration gives charm and personality to the place, which has two really cool VW vans on the garage! The place is spacious and fully equiped, has outside space where kids can play, is located in a quiet and safe residencial neighborhood that is 15 min awat by foot from Arles' downtown. The hosts are very sweet and responsive. Perfect for a family stay.

Arriving the first thing we saw was trash in the patio and the ashtray full of cigarette. I don-t know what it is typical in Provence France about the yard. It was not well taken care of, The yard *was not even gras, but weeds*, was the view of the little terrace of the bedroom. The curtain in the bedroom, to the terrace, is a safety hazards for the hanging string can catch your neck. Plus, the windows at night could not be open, because there was no screens on the window and terrace door. The patio needs a light during the night to walk to the door or sit outside. We were surprised to find personal items in the storage rooms including their food in the freezer. Kitchen was ok. Though all bottles, as vinaigrette, oil were open. It has been already used. Bed sofa not all all comfortable. It was hard to find first how to unfold the bed sofa and to find out the pillows and duvet were not new but full of stains. Not very pleasant. The matraze in the bedroom also had at the each end stains. We didn’t look for more. So all in all, we got what we paid for, though this is not an excuse.
