😊: Very comfortable, modern decor, excellent facilities, good location.

😊: The location. Right next to the metro, a supermarket and boulangerie. Underground parking. Nespresso machine, air fryer and a visit from a cat.. 😢: There is a lot of activity in the square, which makes it very noisy and witnessed petty crime and drug dealing, did not feel safe there. The property did not have a hot tub or barbecue as advertised. Our bedroom door would not close as broken..

😊: Super location; 1 minute from metro and shops. Free parking in the garage and a wonderful roof terrace. Public transport for three days is only €14,- and brings you everywhere within 20 minutes.. 😢: Nothing.

😢: Location is constantly full of police. Noisy drunk people everywhere. I felt uneasy walking across the street to get to the shop. Very poor location..
