😊: view of the ocean and kitesurfers right from the room window. 😢: a bit cramped for 4 adults.

😊: No one should ever stay in this property. Ever. They are a disaster. I turned up at 8:30pm and there were no sheets on any of the beds. I rang Booking.com to complain that I can not sleep in a property without sheets; esp with two young children! They telephoned and emailed the property who did not reply three times during that first evening (and now claim they were never contacted). They were called several times and emailed over the next days and they also did not respond. They refuse to refund the booking and have scammed me out of 140.13 euros. I also had to make last minute alternative arrangements which also cost 100's of euros. Amazingly they say there was evidence I was in the apartment. I was in the apartment for about 5 mins before I realised that the beds were not able to be used, searched for clean sheets and then left. Booking.com wash their hands of this completely. You would be mad to book this property or want to go through this yourselves and be scammed out of your hard earned money.. 😢: The property asked me to cancel my booking on Booking.com and book directly with them. There were no sheets on the beds. No clean sheets to use in any cupboards. The main house fuse board is next to the bunkbed and open with no protection at all, so that children can touch it. That is extremely dangerous. The toilet was dirty so I had to flush it to try and clean it. The apartment itself is tired with paint coming off the skirting boards etc. The balcony glass is broken. The place also smelt like someone had left mouldy food in the cupboard or a cat had been to the toilet somewhere it wasn't supposed to. Yuk..

😊: The location only. 😢: The facilities like internet connection was not available at all through out my stay and also spider net in one of the room..

😊: Small flat in excellent location on sea front. Balcony with exceptional views of sea and coast. Well equipped.. 😢: Parking space was occupied when we arrived, on a very busy weekend. Cleanliness could be improved. Slow response from host. Poor quality bedding..

😊: Nothing. 😢: As soon as we enter the room, we found there wasn’t enough sheets and blankets. I texted the owner directly. He replied but he didn’t even offer help. Some of us had to sleep on mattresses for the night. However, the mattresses were also dirty. There was only one pare of beddings which was stuffed in the closet for the sofa bed, which was smelly. Smelt like has been used for a while and smelled like someone’s sweat smell. Very disgusting. Inside the toilet was yellow, on the floor full of sand. For 4 person, we only had one small bag of shampoo and one small bag of shower gel. That’s all. There’s no window in the room that can safely open in the night. So we had to sleep in a room without fresh air for a summer night. The whole room was around 10 square meters. The price was 274€ for just one night. The same day, hotel in front of the house, are half price and much better facilities. Do not trust the photos! Go check before you book!!!.
