Gîte 10 personnes en baie du Mont Saint Michel

We stayed in Laurence's lovely gite as a family of 4 with our friends so there were 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We found the place was extremely well equipped and really spacious, so much so that each of the teenagers were able to have their own bedrooms and their own lounge area with a TV to watch and game on.We made good use of the table tennis table in the garage and barbecued in the garden and sat round the lovely big table for meals and games most evenings.The gite is really well located and we had days out in Mont St Michel, Mortains (waterfall walk), Fougeres (castle), Granville (beach), Pontnorson, as well as a day in Avranches. It feels really rural but there are 6 or 7 supermarkets within about 5 minutes in the car.Our only slight disappointment was that the fire/log burner wasn't in use as this was one of the reasons why we chose this gite knowing the weather might not be great as we were visiting at Easter, so perhaps the property details should be updated to indicate this. The gite was still very cosy as there are wall heaters throughout which work well.Overall we would highly recommend Laurence's gite and would certainly return if looking for a gite for 8-10 people in the area in the future.

Our family had an excellent holiday at the house. The owner met us and showed us around. Her rhubarb tart she made us was amazing. She gave us information of a locak festival which we really enjoyed. The house was full of extras from games to kitchen equipment and some ingredients. It is situated near supermarkets you could drive or bike to. We found lovely beaches 40 mins away. We enjoyed a walk and bike rides around the area.

Very well equiped and clean only issue was stairsa from first floor bedroom to kitchen.

Laurence is a very friendly and helpful host with nice recommendations for local events and destinations. Avranches, Mont St. Michel, St. Malo and other famous destinations are nearby and the landscape around the house is beautiful. We used the boule lane, the fireplace for a barbecue and the peaceful terrace a lot. Absolutely recommended.

Super gîte très propre et récemment rénové. Très bien équipé. Multiples aménagement pour manger dehors à proximité de la nature et des animaux. Babyfoot, table de ping pong. L'accueil est excellent. La maîtresse de maison nous avait préparé un gâteau. A conseiller pour séjour en famille, entre amis....

superbe séjour, belle région, beau gite très propre et très bien placé pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel et les environs, très bel accueil par notre hôte qui nous a confectionné une excellente tarte à la rhubarbe pour nous souhaiter bienvenue.

Notre hote nous a chaleureusement acceullie. Le logement trés agréable, spacieux, bien decoré , trés propre. Pour celui qui aime cuisiner tout est prévu . La literie est parfaite. L'extéreiur est trés agréable .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et bien située. Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable avec une délicate attention. Merci
