Very easy to message owner regarding our arrival time. There were three of us staying, we travelled on motorbikes and found it a perfect place to stay to visit the World War I at Verdun and the 101st airborne at Basgone, The property has three bedrooms one double room with a large double bed downstairs, and two rooms upstairs containing two single beds in each room, the upstairs beds are ideal for kids or teenagers, or in our case two bikers, The beds were actually very comfortable. Downstairs the living area was very good in the bathroom you will find the hot tub which was very relaxing in the evenings, the kitchen was very good however we were not used to cooking on electric, so we found this a problem. But we cooked meals and all was very nice facilities. Top tip. Next to the property is a small field with very friendly sheep that will talk to you and they will expect you to give them bread , and why not it’s a bit of fun and they are very friendly. There is also a barn attached to the property and on a rainy day we put our motorbikes in there which was very useful. We had a wonderful stay in Boult-aux-Bois and this home was perfect. The owners were responsive and were very accommodating as we were delayed on our arrival. The house had everything we needed for our family and the beds were all very comfortable. The location is in a quiet village with a larger village close by for everything we needed. The location was ideal for trips around the Ardennes area as we did to visit World War 1 sites, as well as drives to Luxembourg and Germany. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We truly loved our visit to France.

Fris ingericht huis in een (verrassend!) prachtige omgeving, waar je vanuit het huisje mooie wandelingen of fietstochten kan maken. Het is wel handig om een goede kaart te bemachtigen, want gemarkeerde routes zijn schaars. De whirlpool is fantastisch ontspannen na een dagje actief buiten. Het huisje is verder prima ingericht: in de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Bedden zijn ook prima. De eigenaar is een aardige man, die heel flexibel bleek: door omstandigheden kwamen wij vroeger aan en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ook mochten wij aangeven hoe laat wij wilden vertrekken, aangezien er niet direct na ons nieuwe huurders kwamen: dat was heel relaxed. In het dorpje zelf is buiten natuurschoon, weinig te beleven, maar met 15 minuten (auto) ben je in Vouziers waar allerlei winkels zijn. Verdun is met zijn schat aan geschiedenis ook een aanrader. Prijs/kwaliteit is een dikke 9!Dierenliefhebbers opgelet: neem in uw koffer Whiskas mee voor de geweldige kat van de buurman (en alle andere (wilde) poezen in de omgeving)! Ik ben me er van bewust dat hij zich niet kan verdedigen tegen het volgende, maar in onze ogen nam hij de verzorging van zijn dieren (kat, konijn en kippen) niet zo nauw. Wij hebben er, tijdens zijn 5 dagen durende afwezigheid, voor gezorgd dat zij eten en drinken, schone verblijven en aandacht hadden tijdens de tropisch warme dagen.

Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit genug Holz für den Brennofen und einem Induktionsherd!!!!! Schöne Lage zum spazierengehen und anschließend im Whirlpool aufzuzuwärmen.Empfehlenswert. Auch gerne im Sommer.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous passons nos vacances à Boult-aux-Bois. La région est très riche il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le logement est très fonctionnel et le jacuzzi est très appréciable. Le propriétaire très gentil. Endroit que je recommande.
