Endroit très calme. Maison très agréable avec un sallon très grand pour se regrouper entre amis. Terrain de pétanque table de ping pong piscine tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent week-end Proche des sables d olonne . Je vous recommande cette endroit. En plus des propriétaires très gentils

Nous avons passé un excellent week end, merci à Sandrine et son mari pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Le gîte correspond en tout point à l'annonce, le cadre est beau, la maison propre, bien aménagée avec une belle cuisine ou tous les ustensiles sont présents. Je recommande vivement cette location.

La propriété se prête parfaitement à une réunion entre amis ou en famille avec la mise à disposition de la piscine, un salon spacieux, plusieurs activités à réaliser sur place (tennis de table / baignade / pétanque etc.). Les photos rétrécissent l’espace, qui en arrivant sur place est surprenant. La situation géographique de la location facilite le séjour. L’annonce est sérieuse et complète. De plus vous pouvez compter sur la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux de Sandrine et son conjoint ! Petite note à eux : Encore un grand merci, nous avons passés un w/e magnifique tous ensembles !

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The cottage is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you could need. The pool is fabulous - much bigger than we expected and very clean. Sabine and her family were great - on hand if you needed anything, and very friendly, but otherwise we didn’t really see them at all. A great base for exploring the Vendee (especially its beaches). Would definitely recommend!

This lovely house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The owners are very friendly and speak excellent English. Living next door, they were respectful of our privacy at the same time as being warm and welcoming. The highlights for us were the quiet of the countryside (we enjoyed the huge starry skies at night) and the lovely outdoor eating area. The children enjoyed having the freedom to play in the garden and of course they loved the fantastic pool. The location is good - 25mins drive to Les Sables-d’Olonne. Perhaps bear in mind that you would need to drive this sort of distance for a restaurant. We would be tempted to come back to this area, although we’re aware that we were lucky with the weather this time. If we wanted to be sure of temperatures in the high 20s, we might travel a little further south. Regarding our booking experience with Home Away: the website was often slow and frustrating to use (I couldn’t access ‘my trip’ info) and it was impossible to talk to someone on the phone. We were also frustrated by the fact that things like bed linen were not included in the cost of the rental. As I say, this is an issue I would take up with Home Away and not the property owner. Over all, this was a wonderful holiday!

The owners (who speak excellent English) were very welcoming and we felt at home immediately. The villa was immaculately clean and facilities excellent, including a freezer that dispensed ice, much to my children’s delight. As a party of 7, ages ranging from 11 to 89, we all enjoyed our stay. Sandrine has everything to make life easy - bbq charcoal and big serving dishes and saucepans to cater for large parties. The pool is fantastic, large enough for a good work out, deep enough for diving and shallow enough for a paddle. We also found the views over the countryside really lovely, especially the mist hanging over the fields in the morning that we enjoyed from our picture view French windows in the bedroom. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful: The pool was discreetly covered and uncovered everyday and we felt very much like it was our own. Also, our car broke down whilst there and Sandrine generously offered to taxi my teenage girls to the local shops and also fetched a mechanic for us. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. There is a fabulous hypermarche 10 minutes away and the beach at Sables d’olonne is glorious. It was a wonderful week’s holiday.

The gite was superb. Very well equipped with lots of attention to detail. The owners were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The location is lovely, as is the pool. We will definitely return for another visit.
