😊: Location perfect. 😢: Everything you need, just needs redecorating.

😊: Lovely location looking out onto fields with a beautiful big garden. Very spacious and lots of interesting old features in the house. Bed was nice and comfy.. 😢: Could just do with a bit of a better clean.

😊: It's old quirky style. Everything works well. its lovely and warm. lots of hot water. It's like stepping back in time so expect that. We thought it was great.. 😢: Could be sorted out a bit better, get rid of the duplicate crockery, utensils. It needs a good sort out but 3 lads away we were more than happy and that gripe is up to the owner if they wish..

Excellent place to stay on...<br>#128578; I really enjoyed my stay here…it provided me with everything Ii needed…a quaint, private, quiet little farmhouse, kept in the period decor…perfect for my western front visits…reminded me of the 70s…it may not be fancy to some people’s standards, but I couldn’t have been happier…it was exactly what I wanted…<br>#128577; I don’t have a single gripe, personally about this property, or any of its facilities…
