Gite au calme en campagne face au Mont Ventoux

On arrival we were greeted by Sylvie and her son (who helped with translation) who introduced us to the gite. We had a lovely private outside patio space with table, chairs and loungers. Spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area, very neat and well equipped kitchen that provided everything we needed during our stay. Large double bed and lovely en-suite shower and toilet. The temperature was in the thirties (late July) during our stay but even though there was no air con the gite surprisingly remained relatively cool during the day and the night. The gite is quite remote but we had an lovely, relaxing vacation away from it all with a pool that we always had to ourselves during our two week stay. We really appreciated the wine, water and preserve that was kindly left for our arrival. We would highly recommend. Thank you Sylvie

Concerning the description : there is no view from Mont Ventoux from the terrace of the hired flat. There is only of view of it from the swimming-pool or the car park, which is not clear from the description. Impossibility to lock the flat, so at night or when you leave the place, the doors/windows are NOT locked. Bad Internet connection. Impossibility to make a phone call. Large flat, well-located to visit the surroundings.

Accueil sympathique , gite agréable, confortable et fonctionnel . Une belle terrasse avec vue pour une bonne détente . Idéalement situé pour les balades , visites et découvertes de la région . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour , merci à Sylvie pour ses gentillesses .

The gite is away from it all with fantastic views of Mt Ventoux and the surrounding countryside. After a warm welcome from Slyvie we had everything we needed and more. Very spacious for two people, loads of crockery, comfy bed and fantastic walk in shower. The outside space is great with your own private terrace with table chairs and sun beds and then a lovely cooling pool with more chairs and loungers. Great location for cyclists and for visiting the Luberon.
