😊: Great location, Ault is a cute little town and the place is right next to the sea and in the city center. Spacious with a nice terrace and garden to enjoy the sun and lots of toys for kids to play with. Clean and good communication with the owners.. 😢: Furniture and mattresses are a bit dated and some need replacement. The house is probably not well equipped for 10 people as it’s advertised for - for us as a family of 4 it was good. Kitchen lacks some utensils and there are only two toilets, one attached to the master bedroom so not ideal for a big group. We would have liked bigger towels and were missing some basics like soap but this we were warned about in the welcome message..
