Gîte bourg de Portbail

A very pleasant, well-modernised house right in the centre of the small town of Portbail. Very close to shops and all local amenities. Highly recommended for two people.

We enjoyed our stay in Portbail Sur Mer very much. A scenic, quiet place within easy driving distance of Mont St. Michel, Bayeux, D-Day beaches, etc. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, a well equipped kitchen, with 3 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store, bakery (fresh baguettes every morning!), wine store, beach and more. Locals were welcoming and friendly. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. She even offered to extend our stay when our original flight was delayed and nearly cost us the first day of our vacation. This is the perfect space for a quiet couple looking for quiet relaxation along the French coast in western Normandy. Highly recommended.

Nadine ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Netter Empfang mit Blumen auf dem Tisch, Keksen, Tee und 2 Bier im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, super ausgestattet incl. elektrischer Rolläden. Wir haben uns im Haus und in Portbail sehr wohl gefühlt. Simone und Wolfgang S.

Logement très lumineux, joliment décoré, très bien équipé, au calme et à proximité des commerces. Accueil fort sympathique de la propriétaire qui est de bons conseils pour les activités et les visites de la région. Nombreuses randos entre mer et verdure, nombreux musées ou pour un séjour au calme et ressourçant. Région qui mérite le détour.

Nous avons reçu un super accueil de Mme Holley propriétaire. Le gîte est très bien équipé et décoré. Il est situé dans le village à proximité des commerces et restaurants, possibilité de randos dans les dunes directement du gîte sans prendre la voiture..Séjour agréable à tout point de vue

This is a beautifully newly renovated small house tucked away in Portbail. In minutes to walk to town square with all amenities, carrefour, boulangerie, restaurants etc. Minutes on foot to lovely walks around the estuary . Plenty of nearby parking.

Excellent apartment well decorated everything you might need. Comfy bed excellent shower .good location. Looking forward to going again

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautifully designed accommodation. Very clean and well equipped in a peaceful central location. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.
