Gîte centre historique Colmar

😊: The only person who was friendly and tried to be helpful was the woman responsible for cleaning. The location was good as well.. 😢: We arrived at the apartment in Colmar around 2 p.m., but the door was locked. Reaching the host was incredibly difficult, and when we finally did, they did not properly answer our questions. We waited outside in freezing weather for a long time. Eventually, they told us they could bring the key around 6 p.m., but we only had that half day to explore Colmar, as we had to leave early the next morning. As a result, we spent the day walking around in the cold and crowds with suitcases in our hands and backpacks on our backs. The key finally arrived in the evening, and we entered the apartment… it was terrible. I have never seen a place so dirty and unpleasant in my life. The reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, but I thought, how bad could it be? Do not go and absolutely do not stay there !!!.

😊: It was near to the Center where the Christmas market was. It had an balcony which is very nice and the bathroom was new. 😢: It could be more clean in detail but it’s ok.

😊: The location and host were great. 😢: The cleanliness was disappointing the host should invest in a professional cleaner as the apartment was not hygienic and smell of smoke was unbearable.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Emplacement l appartement est très fonctionnel la chambre est hyper calme donnant sur la cour intérieure la salle de bain moderne et le coin cuisine salon excellent avec un balcon très belle vue
