We spent a wonderful week here. The location is really peaceful and the children loved the garden and games room. It is ideally located to visit sights in the area; Mont St Michel, St Malo, the d-day beaches and Bayeux were all within easy reach. We spent a great day at Carolles beach and recommend a visit into Avranches too. The house had everything we needed for a family holiday and we would definitely return.
Gite is more modern than the pictures suggest. Nicely done. We enjoyed the games room. Kitchen was fine (plenty of pans). Lovely area - Carolles beach was just perfect for us.
We had a great stay and fantastic weather. Katia, the owner, was really welcoming and really made us feel at home. The property is a bit quirky but clean and well-equipped with plenty of space outside for relaxing, plus a table tennis room and a covered BBQ area. It's an ideal base for exploring the Normandy sights or riding bikes in the quiet lanes.

We went to a family trip, the house is very large and cosy at the same time, it preserves the magic of an ancient residence, it is also very well equipped. The location is peaceful and pleasant, with a marvellous garden outside. Very nice owners as well.
