The property was as advertised. Nice, neat and clean. Newer remodel - everything inside looked and felt good. It's a very small cottage and part of a multi-unit building. Parking was tight but adequate. 10 minute walk to downtown. 8 minutes to the waterfront. 2 minutes to Blue Jays park. The Pinellas Trail is right there. I really enjoyed the back patio seating at Home Plate (5 minute walk). The only issue I had was the amount of noise. During one day the landscaping crew was there for about 6 hours and the noise interrupted my day of work. I discussed with the property manager but they didn't seem to want to help in any way. I will say the landscaping looks much better now than when I arrived.
