😊: Lots of contact from the owners giving clear instructions on how to find the house. All very clean inside, we appreciated the use of a high chair and tea and coffee that was provided.. 😢: We couldn’t lock the door at night, the lock was very stiff..

😊: Like other reviews said it was quite difficult to arrive but we were prepared for that. We were not prepared for the horrendous smell of sewerage, which should have been fixed before allowing guests to stay.. 😢: Sewerage smell.

😊: Very clean and well maintained property, everything is brand new, ample space for a family with 2 double beds and 3 single beds, met the owner and he seemed really nice, dogs about but in secure garden, table tennis table and seating area outside, they also cater for breakfast and evening meals on request, my kids enjoyed the stay on the way down to the Dordogne, will defo book again and would recommend. 😢: Owner advised it was up a track! He wasn’t wrong But it Wasn’t to bad but would suit a more SUV or 4x4 type car, Neufchâtel En Bray around 8 miles away which is a shame because it’s a brilliant village wish it was a little closer,.

😊: Property was ok but exterior needs completing for safety reasons. 😢: It is a puppy farm with all the smells and noise that goes with that. The access is the test track for off road vehicles and not normal cars..
