Gîte de 10 lits avec terrasse privée.

This place was like a home away from home, everything we needed and with a warm feeling to it. We loved the fire pit in the evenings and explored at lot of the local lakes which were great for wild swimming. Big bedrooms.

Wow! From the warm checkinto the clean rooms and tasteful decor, our stay could not have been more perfect. The pictures do not do this home justice. The only thing I wish we had was more time! We will most definitely be back. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

Stylish and comfortable site, the thick walls meant that it was cool inside when the summer sun got too hot. We sat out in our small private garden space and watched the sun go behind the mountain.

The gite was modern, comfortable with lots of little touches such as the log burner which was lit ready when we arrived. As it snowed the warmth was very welcome! The view was lovely and we went on a few walks in the local area which were all different but scenic in their own way. The sun came out and the snow melted leaving the trees in their autumn colours to admire. A special relaxing break before the busy run up to Christmas.

My friend and I spent three days in this gîte.. too short a stay, but as comfortable and relaxing as we hoped for. What we loved about the region was it's rugged, untouched paysage. We spent hours walking! Chantelouve is quaint and remote (a good thing) and we were happily relieved of the hustle and bustle of life. The gîte was clean and cozy, tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed (all modcons included); even a private garden and barbecue. As the gîte is quite big, we didn't feel ´on top' of each other which we appreciated. We had a lovely stay and are already hoping to have a university reunion here. Sincere thanks to the owner!
