😊: The location was brilliant.. 😢: We weren't given the key code for the front door.- not sure if this was booking. com fault or the owner. On arriving and trying to contact the owner she wasn't answering her phone. After about an hour we ended up having to contact our son in Britain (at cost to them) to try to contact the owner. Eventually they contacted her and we were given the wifi code to gain access to the accommodation. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom - either the sink or shower - we had to go to the kitchen for soap for the shower. The bed was rather lumpy and I'm not sure that the sheets were clean. I had to climb over my husband (and wake him up) to go to the toilet during the night. The only really good thing about this accommodation was the proximity to the Old Town. Very disappointing..

😊: Perfect location Owner did try to solve the situation but needs a new cleaner who understands no one wants to sleep in someone’s dirty sheets - flicking the food off of them does not make the clean! Also needs to clean the floor Loved the location, loved the unit it had all we needed.. 😢: Dirty The room was dirty on arrival our sheets had food on it We called the house manager/owner? and let her know She did apologise and sent the cleaner around there was a misunderstanding between house manager and cleaner. however the cleaner did not change the sheets she only flicked the crumbs off. Not enough linen was provided for our family. And the floors were gross I had to have socks on my feet to walk around. Great property with great bones however this apartment needs a new cleaner with respect for guests no one wants to sleep on dirty sheets. I would stay here again if I knew they had a different cleaner..

😊: Location and nice kitchen. 😢: The bedding looked worn and did not feel or smell fresh. The cushions were uncomfortable. Comming from our previous host where everything was white,modern and crisp, (for the same price)this was quite a disappointment. The novilon floor underneath the sleeper couch was torn..
